• I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
• NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

• Price listings on my portfolio are only for PERSONAL COMMISSIONS, please email me for commercial commissions.
• I have the right to decline your commission.
• NO REFUNDS unless I fail to deliver your commission.
• You are not allowed to re-sell any art that you have commissioned from me UNLESS you discuss with me first about it.
• You are not allowed to claim my work as your own
• You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”
• Let me know if you want your commission to be kept private, otherwise I have immediate rights to post them for public uses (eg.Commission samples).
• I will do everything I can to ensure the client is happy. Major changes can be made during the monochrome sketch phase. After that, only small changes can be made during the colored sketch or final illustration.
• Any changes after the commission is fully completed will incur an additional fee.•After you contact me via any of the contact channels, you will get a reply from me discussing the details (if needed) as well as me confirming your slot.
• ETA: 4- 12 weeks - complex commissions such as regular bustshots & thigh ups will take longer to finish. (still within 12 weeks) If I require longer deadline due to unforeseen circumstances or complexity of the commission, I will let you know.Once you've sent your commission request and I've accepted it, it means that you have fully read my Terms of Services and agree to comply with them.

COMMERCIAL USAGE AGREEMENT

• If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.
• The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.
• The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).
